The Nets off-season is done (or almost done or not done at all ... who knows?) So now, it’s time for vacations and time off for the weary in the front office, a brief respite before Media Day and Training Camp begins.

Still there are important dates and decisions left. So here’s your latest calendar... including dates for some key games.

September 11 - Deadline for teams to waive and stretch players. Unlikely to apply to the Nets, but it will apply to DeAndre Jordan, now of the Pistons. He’s expected to be bought out, waived and released, then signed to a vets’ minimum deal with the Lakers.

September 13 - New York City COVID-19 regulations take effect. All employees and guests at Barclays Center and other venues must show proof of at least one vaccination. Masks will be required at games. All Nets players must be vaccinated to practice at HSS Training Center or play at Barclays Center. Visiting players (other than the Knicks?) are exempt from the vaccination requirements in the city. Regulations also apply to Liberty players.

September 17 - New York Liberty regular season ends. Libs now in 9th seed. Only eight teams make the playoffs.

September 23 - WNBA Playoffs begin.
