NBA Media Day Live: The Brooklyn Nets have a real *shot* at winning a championship

Media Day is here, and the Brooklyn Nets are essentially entering the season as the favorites in the East to make it to the NBA Finals.

Essentially.

The Bucks, of course, as the defending champs are right there with them, while the Philadelphia 76ers seem to be, maybe, fading.

Brooklyn boasts the best three-player trio in the NBA - it’s true, Lakers fans - however there is one big, big, big question: the status of Kyrie Irving.

That, of course, will hopefully be answered on Monday at Media Day. Of course the prospect of having no Kyrie for any part of this season seems like a cruel joke for all Nets fans, it’s likely the Nets will have a plan in place to ensure that he’s there, suited up and ready to play; at the very least when they need him most (i.e. the playoffs).

So, buckle up. Monday is going to be a very, very interesting day.
