NBA Preseason Live Game: Brooklyn Nets at Philadelphia 76ers, 8:00 PM EST

NBA drama, meet more NBA drama. The Brooklyn Nets aren’t the only ones going through off-the-court issues; the 76ers are dealing with some heavy Ben Simmons drama.

Will he? Won’t he? Get his vaccine?! Nope. Will he or won’t he even show up.

It sounds like there might be some movement toward a positive return. But, Nets fans know all too well how quickly things can go from science to sideways.

The Nets still have Kevin Durant and James Harden, and the 76ers still have Joel Embiid. Both enter the season with legitimate shots at winning the East, point guards be damned.

Both teams are likely looking to make statements to drown out the noise. Winning always does that, even if it’s in the preseason. Losing, of course, only exasperates the issues.
