The good news is, the Nets are home for the next three games. The bad news, well, is their opponents are among the three best teams in the NBA.
Saturday evening they start this horrid stretch at Barclays against Giannis and the Bucks. You know, the 37-6 Milwaukee Bucks.
Milwaukee has won 9 of their last 10, and are 17-4 on the road. It’s going to take more than “another piece” to beat these Bucks, but, hey, then again that’s why we play.
WHO: Brooklyn Nets (18-22) vs. Milwaukee Bucks (37-6)
WHEN: 6:00 PM EST
WHERE: YES Network + NBAtv (tv), WFAN (radio), Barclays Center (live)
“It’s always good to see our large adult son flourishing. Old friend Brook Lopez has continued to reinvent himself and he’s now one of the best rim protectors in the league. Opponents are only shooting 41.6 percent on shots inside of six feet against the big fella. He and twin brother Robin, playing together for the first time since Stanford, are a menace to opposing players —and mascots— alike.”
