The Brooklyn Nets have made it to the semi-finals in this year’s NBA Summer League, after beating the Detroit Pistons by 20 points in the quarterfinals, their 4th straight win in Summer League play.
They’ll take on the Minnesota Timberwolves, who held off a late surge by the Nuggets on Saturday to advance.
Brooklyn was led by Jarrett Allen and draft-and-stash prospect Isaia Cordinier, who impressed with 20 points on 7-of-10 shooting.
In the other matchup, the Memphis Grizzlies will take on New Orleans Pelicans, who will both be without their top prospects, Ja Morant and Zion Williamson, respectively.
The winner of these two matchups will meet in Monday night’s finals. But, yeah, before then there’s business to take care of.
