Some of the most popular Jeremy Lin fan sites are reporting Sunday that Lin will be providing each of his Nets teammates with a new suit this season ... one designed by Abe Ndoye, a popular mens’ designer from Texas.

In addition to being Lin’s haberdasher, the Senegal-born Ndoye has designed mens’ wear for Chandler Parsons, Tracy McGrady, Shawn Livington, Jeff Van Gundy, Kevin Hart, Ernest Pugh and a number of other NBA and NFL players.
There’s no official announcement that we can find. Veteran players have provided their teammates with top-of-the-line clothing in the past. Kevin Garnett would provide his teams’ rookies with suits, for example.
But this seems like an extraordinary move.
