Eight days after leaving Brooklyn, Sean Marks is still scouting in Europe and probably will be for a few more days, says David Pick, the European hoops writer.
In a tweet Wednesday, Pick reported Marks had traveled to Bamberg, Germany; Malaga, Spain; and Moscow where he was photographed watching CSKA and Milos Teodosic defeat Darussafaka Dolgus of Istanbul in a Euroleague contest.
Thursday, he traveled to Turkey.
Sean Marks is now at Anadolu vs Fenerbahce. I assume for Derrick Brown, Thomas Heurtel & Tyler Honeycutt - all legit NBAers.

Pick previously identified Teodosic, Nicola Melli of Bamberg and Will Clyburn of Darussafaka as potential targets of interest. On Thursday, he noted that Brooklyn is interested in Edwin Jackson, the leading scorer in Spain, a hyperathletic 6’4” combo guard from France.
Source tells me French assassin Edwin Jackson also on BRK radar. Nets officials witnessed the ACB best scorer drop 27 on Malaga.

In 2014, Jackson was invited to a Nets mini-camp in East Rutherford where he was one of the top performers. There was some discussion of inviting him to play for the Nets in summer league team but ultimately Billy King et al decided against it. He did play for the Magic that summer, averaging 6.8 points in 12 minutes. He’s now 27.
He’s currently the lead scorer in the ACB, the Spanish league which is generally considered the second best basketball league in the world. He’s averaging 22.9 points and shooting 51.1 percent overall, 38.6 percent from three, and 88.7 percent from the line. Like Melli, Jackson has one parent who’s American and dual citizenship.
Here’s a highlight video from last season...
Like Teodosic, Jackson is a free agent.
