On this special Thursday, December 14, the Brooklyn Nets set for their second crosstown battle against the rival New York Knicks this season, with the first of four taking place at Barclays Center.
The Nets are currently 11-15 and 3.5 games behind the 14-13 Knicks, who are in a three-way tie for the seventh spot in the east along with the Philadelphia 76ers and Detroit Pistons.
Speaking of the Sixers, new Nets Jahlil Okafor and Nik Stauskas have multiple practices under their belts, and fans, media and others alike continue to await the debut of both former top-10 draft picks, Okafor especially, who has been in Brooklyn for less than a week.
Kenny Atkinson also held his routine pre-game press conference, where he delves into a variety of topics, Okafor included.
Netsdaily’s Dexter Henry and Bryan Fonseca bring you updates and insight live from Barclays Center ahead of tonight’s contest.
