It hasn’t been officially announced by the Nets, but Isaiah Whitehead and Tyler Zeller will not suit up against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. On Monday, the NBA put out a graphic of all 30 teams’ opening day rosters, including those inactive. Whitehead and Zeller were on the list.
Spencer Davies of Basketball Insiders tweeted out the list.

This doesn’t come as much of a surprise, as neither Whitehead or Zeller played much in the preseason. Whitehead started in 26 games last season but seemingly lost his role with eight ball-handlers on the Nets’ roster. Zeller, on the other hand, was a late off-season acquisition.
The Nets begin the season at Indiana on Wednesday, 7:00 pm.
