Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports that the Nets will give Quincy Acy another 10 days to prove his worth.
Sources: Brooklyn forward Quincy Acy will re-sign on a second 10-day contract. He averaged 6.3 points/2 rebounds in 4 games of first 10-day.

“Loved his energy, loved his pop, his aggressiveness, how competitive he is,” Atkinson told reporters. “I’ve been pleasantly surprised.”
The Nets made it official on Friday morning.
Acy will have until January 29 — five games — to show what he can do. He will be paid another $61,000. At the end of the second 10-day deal, The Nets will have to determine whether to keep the 26-year-old power forward. If they had dropped him, Acy would have returned to Texas Legends, who hold his D-League rights.
