Is Allen Crabbe headed to the Nets?
David Pick, the European hoops writer, is reporting that they will sign free agent Allen Crabbe to a 4-year, $70 million contract. Crabbe is a restricted free agent, so the Blazers have a chance to match, but according to Pick, they won't.

But multiple sources tell NetsDaily the report is at best premature, that Crabbe is still meeting with teams. One league source said simply "you may want to back off." In fact, Crabbe's agent said the report was "not true."
As reported by @sam_amick, the Allen Crabbe to Brooklyn for 4 years and $70 million "is not true" according to his agent, Aaron Mintz— Jason Quick (@jwquick) July 4, 2016
Earlier, Amick reported that Pick's information had been "refuted."
The reported Allen Crabbe offer sheet agreement with Brooklyn is being refuted. He has meetings coming on the 5th, I'm told.— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) July 3, 2016
That doesn't mean Allen Crabbe might not ultimately head to Brooklyn on that kind of number, but he's clearly still listening.— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) July 3, 2016
Marc J. Spears also tweeted that Crabbe is still talking to teams.

Crabbe has been rumored to be one of the top targets for the Nets this summer. At 24, Crabbe presents a lot of upside at the wing position. He played in 81 games for the Blazers last season, averaging just over 10 points per game and 1.4 threes in 26 minutes per game.
So, we'll continue to keep an ear open for any updates as they come in.
