According to John Gambadoro, who covers the Phoenix Suns, the Brooklyn Nets have offered Jared Dudley a 2-year, $18 million contract.

Dudley, however, will still meet with the Suns and Jazz before accepting any offer from the Nets. The Suns would likely have the advantage here, if they do decide to match any offer (or maybe a hometown discount?), seeing as Dudley has spent 4-plus seasons, 2008-2013, with the Suns.
This could be a nice "d-and-3" addition, as Dudley has averaged just a tick under 40 percent from the three-point line over his career. He also, at 30 years old, would provide a nice veteran presence in the locker room.
Again, nothing official here, but we have heard the Nets showing interest in Dudley and this appears to solidify that news.
