No, you still won't able to get the Nets on Comcast, but YES has announced two of the Nets final games are, being moved to other channels to avoid conflicts with Yankee regular season games.

Here's the details...

With the YES Network’s televising Yankees games on the evenings of Wednesday, April 6 and Wednesday, April 13, the YES productions of the April 6 Nets-Wizards game (7:00 pm ET) and the April 13 Raptors-Nets game (8:00 pm ET) will air on the following channels:

 Cablevision Optimum
* Bronx, Brooklyn Channels 90, 205
* Connecticut, except Litchfield Channels 74, 205
* Litchfield, Connecticut Channel 205
* Westchester County (NY) Channels 73, 205
* New Jersey Channels 73, 205
* Long Island Channels 73, 205
* Hamilton, NY Channels 76, 205

 Cox Channels 149 & 1149

 DIRECTV Channel 631-1

 Frontier Communications Channels 699 & 1699

 RCN Channel 371

 Service Electric Cable TV & Communications Channel 101

And according to various sources, the dispute between YES and Comcast is nowhere near being resolved.  In fact, both sides seem to be digging in.
