it's Day One of the Sean Marks era and while Frank Zanin is fielding calls as assistant GM, there are reports that teams are trying to reach him about deals for Thaddeus Young, specifically Toronto and Boston.

It's uncertain whether other GMs reach Marks or now whether he would want the responsibility of doing such a big deal on his first day ... or whether Mikhail Prokhorov would want to deal him. Prokhorov has made a point of saying that he sees Young, Brook Lopez as the cornerstones of a plan to lure free agents this summer to effect a "reset."
