This is a pretty awesome story, as 2015 NBA champ Stephen Curry made good on a promise he made back in June to send a game-worn NBA Finals jersey to former Nets superstar Drazen Petrovic's mom, where the jersey will hang in the Drazen Petrovic museum.
How about that!

And as you can see in the photo above, there is the proof that he made good on said promise.
Curry became close with the Petrovic family, as Jones notes above, during the 1992 All-Star weekend in Orlando, where Steph's dad Dell Curry competed against Petrovic in the 3-Point Shooting contest.
Petrovic passed away about two years later. His No. 3 is retired by the Brooklyn Nets, and Petrovic is a member of both the FIBA and Basketball Hall of Fames.
