Brooklyn Nets Orlando Summer League Schedule

Brooklyn Nets

The Nets open their 16-day summer league schedule at 5 p.m. July 4 in Orlando, the first of two summer leagues that could have the prospects in "Brooklyn Basketball" uniforms play nearly every day until July 20, first in Orlando, then in Las Vegas.

The Nets play the Grizzlies entry on July 4, then the Heat the next day, followed by games vs. the Hornets on July 7, the Magic on July 9 before concluding in one-day tournament to determine the league champion on the 10th. The team will then fly out to Vegas where they open against the Cavaliers at 7 p.m. Here's the Vegas schedule.

Unlike the Vegas tournament, the Magic tournament is closed to everyone by team and league personnel and the media. The games in both tournaments will be televised on NBA TV, on and the NBA Game Time app.  Scores and stats can be found on the Orlando Magic website.

The Nets expect their three draft choices from 2014 --Markel Brown, Cory Jefferson and Xavier Thamses-- to play. Mason Plumlee is also expected to play in some games. And whoever the Nets draft next Thursday, if healthy, will be on hand.  Last year, the Nets invited 17 players to their summer league roster.
