"Christmas Card" uniforms for Nets, NBA, on December 25

Uni-Watch

The NBA schedule isn't out until the first week of August, but UniWatch knows what teams will be wearing if they play on Christmas: uniforms with a script that evoke the cursive found on holiday greeting cards.  And they will have a sugary coat that will make them feel like cards, too. Very parchment-like.

UniWatch reports even the NBA seal will get a holiday card look: the NBA logo will be shown in a splotch of sealing wax!

The Nets look will be like all the others with a heavy use of cream, rather than white.  Last year, there were five games on Christmas and the Nets did not play in any of them. Their first two years in Brooklyn, they played on Christmas but to disastrous results.

This is only the second time "Nets" has replaced "Brooklyn" on a Nets uniform, the first only a few months ago on the sleeved throwback jerseys worn near the end of the season.

As our Anthony Puccio tweets, there's been a lot of them...
