Nets offer playoff tickets for first AND second rounds!

It's just smart marketing -- and timely: Starting Friday at noon, the Nets are permitting some fans to purchase playoff tickets for the first AND second rounds. The team, of course, hasn't secured a playoff spot. They currently hold the seventh seed, but are only a half-game ahead of the ninth place Celtics.

In their email to fans, the Nets promised nothing...

"The regular season is winding down and your Brooklyn Nets are making their push for the 2015 NBA Playoffs. Don't miss your chance to purchase playoff ticket strips for Rounds 1 & 2! As a Nets News subscriber, you have access to an exclusive presale."

Purchases of course are refundable.
