Thaddeus Young, who the Nets traded for during Thursday's NBA trade deadline, sending Kevin Garnett to the Timberwolves for the 26-year-old's services, will make his Nets debut on Friday night against the Lakers, according to Nets CEO Brett Yormark.
Sorry to see kg leave. He was an inspiration. Thad young is a great addition and will play tonight .

There were still some questions as to whether or not Young would play, as the team was waiting on Garnett completing his physical with the Timberwolves. However, with the Nets not suiting up until 10:30 PM EST, it appears as if all was completed in time, according to Yormark.
It's not yet sure whether Young will start or come off the bench on Friday, but with Jarrett Jack out and Garnett now gone, they definitely could use his services, even if it's in a limited role.
