Report: Pistons are pursuing Jarrett Jack at the trade deadline

Nick Turchiaro-USA TODAY Sports

With the Brooklyn Nets still waiting on a possible four-team deal that would include Brook Lopez, Kevin Garnett and Jarrett Jack, among the main pieces, Chris Mannix of SI.com is reporting that the Pistons are looking to make a trade for guard help and Jarrett Jack is among their targets.

Currently, the Nets are waiting on Garnett to make a decision on whether or not he'd waive his no-trade clause, which would then likely put the four-team trade in motion.

However, if that falls through, the Pistons seem to want to make a run at Jack. Jack's comment?

Earlier, there were rumors about the Pistons pursuing Joe Johnson in a deal that would include Brandon Jennings, who is out for the year with an injury.

Both the Nets are Pistons are fighting for the final playoff spot in the East.
