With injuries surrounding the 2015 All-Star Weekend, the NBA is scrambling to find replacements for the game, and events on Saturday night. Well, Jarrett Jack was approached to replace Jimmy Butler in the Skills competition, according to the Brooklyn Nets guard.
Man just got asked to be in the skills challenge but my sore hamstring won't allow me to me to participate

Jack was appreciative of the offer, even though he had to decline.
Definitely a big thank to the @nba for considering me and there is always next year

Jack injured his hamstring in the second half of the Nets final game before the All-Star break, Tuesday in Memphis against the Grizzlies. The Nets have not provided an update on Jack's hamstring, but if Jack was asked to participate in the Skills Challenge, and he called it a "sore hamstring," it doesn't seem that serious.
