Rondae Hollis-Jefferson's favorite Star Wars character is... E.T.?

On Monday night, the Barclays Center had Star Wars for the Brooklyn Nets vs. Orlando Magic game. It was complete with a Brook Lopez bobblehead, Star Wars characters in full costume, sound effects and, yes, trivia.

Brook Lopez, of course, said that he has seen the Star Wars movies "hundreds" of times," while the other Nets players were less enthused about the movies. Take, for example, rookie Rondae Hollis-Jefferson who said that his favorite Star Wars character is E.T. Yes, E.T. from the movie E.T.

This is funny. But, apparently, it's also true.

While, no, I guess he's not "wrong," but I'm not so sure he's familiar with this one-off scene from the movie. Right?

I guess we'll have to ask him...in 8-10 weeks when he returns from injury.
