The Brooklyn Nets will return home on Tuesday night with a 1-9 record, having played better in their west coast swing, to face the the first place Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks will, however, be down two key players on Tuesday night.

The team announced on Monday that they will be without starting point guard Jeff Teague and shooting guard Kent Bazemore on Tuesday.

Our friends over at Peachtree Hoops explain:

Bazemore suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss against the Utah Jazz. X-Rays were negative and an MRI confirmed a sprain. There is no timetable for his return and his status will be updated accordingly. Teague will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury that he suffered in Friday's loss against Boston.

They also note that Kyle Korver, Mike Muscala and Thabo Sefolosha are all listed as "probable."

As for who will start at point guard, they'll likely turn to Dennis Schroeder. The 22 year-old has started three games this season, posting 15 points, 5 assists and 4.7 rebounds in those games.
