The Brooklyn Nets will play their second game of the preseason on Thursday night against the Detroit Pistons, out in Detroit, and, well, it appears as if some familiar names and faces won't be suiting up for Lionel Hollins' team.
How about this for an injury report:
Jarrett Jack, Joe Johnson, Markel Brown, Andrea Bargnani, Willie Reed, Bojan Bogdanovic, Thomas Robinson & Sergey Karasev are out tonight.

The good new is, not all 'outs' are unhealthy -- that was a weird sentence, but, let's run with it.
Jack and Johnson are getting rest days to allow Lionel Hollins to see other combinations; both are healthy.

So who's starting?
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The starting lineup for the Nets will be: Shane Larkin, Wayne Ellington, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Thaddeus Young and Brook Lopez.</p>— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) <a href="https://twitter.com/TimBontemps/status/652144295797919744">October 8, 2015</a></blockquote>

That leaves the Nets with a bench of Donald Sloan, Ryan Boatright, Dahntay Jones, Quincy Miller, Justin Harper and Chris Daniels.
We knew about Brown, who is out for the remainder of the preseason. Bargnani remains out with a sore hamstring, while Bogdanovic has a sore ankle and Robinson, I assume, is likely out due to the hard spill he tool in Game 1 of the preseason.
None of these injuries seem all that serious, but be that as it may, they are piling up.
Nets-Pistons tips off at 7:30PM EST.
