Plumlee missed his only shot attempt and made just one of four three-throw attempts.
Team USA shot 51 percent from the floor and made 6 of 16 three-point attempts. They held New Zealand to 40 percent shooting from the floor and forced 22 turnovers on 14 steals. USA also out-rebounded New Zealand 48-33.
Kenneth Faried was fantastic, once again, posting a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds in 24-plus minutes of action. Stephen Curry had 12 points and James Harden chipped in with 13 points of his own.
Next up for Team USA is the Dominican Republic, who they will play Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 PM EST.
