With the draft fast approaching, next Thursday night, the Nets have been acting as if they will have a second rounder. They are reportedly bringing in Syracuse wing C.J Fair for a private workout, and now it seems that they will bring in Russian big man Artem Klimenko for a closer look.
Klimenko suffered a mildly sprained ankle, forced to cancel a number of workouts. Will work out individually for San Antonio + Brooklyn

The extent to Klimenko's ankle injury is unknown, but he is sure to measure well with teams due to his incredible size. Klimenko is about 7'1" and has a standing reach of 9'4" with a wingspan of 7'4".
We wrote about Klimenko a little bit here, but you can also watch his DraftExpress video scouting report at the bottom of the page. Klimenko is only 20 years old and can fit into the Nets spread system due to his mobility and ability to hit a mid-range jump shot.
The Russian big man is currently slotted to go at No. 37 in DX's latest mock to the Toronto Raptors.
