Shaun Livingston, Alan Anderson out again Sunday

Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sport

It looks like Jorge Gutierrez will get more playing time Sunday when the Nets face the Magic.

Shaun Livingston and Alan Anderson didn't practice again Saturday and won't be in uniform Sunday at Barclays Center.  Gutierrez, the undrafted 6'3" point guard, played 28 minutes, scored 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting and 3-of-4 from the line, handed out four assists, stole the ball twice and played good defense. Most were personal highs.

Livingston (sprained right big toe) will miss his third straight game, while Anderson (sore abdominal muscle) will miss his second straight.

"It’s better," Livingston said of his toe. "It was really sore after the Miami game, but it’s getting better, and I’m making progress. We’ll see how it goes. I’m day to day."

Deron Williams (patella tendinitis aka rest) and Andray Blatche (illness) are likely to see bigger minutes vs. Orlando.

The Nets, mired in fifth, play the Knicks on Tuesday in Brooklyn, then close the season Wednesday, as they began it, in Cleveland.
