After having surgery on his hand more than a month ago, Rajon Rondo will start in the Celtics' season opener against the Nets Wednesday night in Boston.

Head coach of the Celtics Brad Stevens also said that he plans to play the point guard who was a "nap-time decision" as of yesterday.

The Nets are without Brook Lopez, and the Celtics got their star back, as the two's status for the game have been up in the air for the past two weeks.
