Bojan Bogdanovic showed off his athleticism Thursday with a couple of slam dunks but missed all of his six three point attempts in a critical Fenerbahce loss in Istanbul. F.C. Barcelona, now undefeated in the Euroleague Group of 16, held the Nets draft pick to 12 points on 6-of-17 shooting.
Fener is now 0-2 in the Group of 16, the first round of the Euroleague playoffs. Bogdanovic has said he'd like to win something with Fener this year before considering the NBA.
In both dunks, "magic moments" in Euroleague parlance, the 6'8" Bogdanovic drove the lane and finished with a one-handed lefty slam. One was over former NBA center Joey Dorsey, the other over Euroleague Defensive Player of the Year Kostas Papanikolaou. The latter was the Euroleague "Dunk of the Night."
