Some minor news out of Nets practice today, as Andrei Kirilenko did NOT practice because of a sore right calf.
No Andrei Kirilenko at #Nets practice, who sat with a sore right calf.

It could be worse, really, considering Kirilenko's struggles with back spasms. Had those been acting up again there might be more cause for concern. Also, it should be noted, that the Nets have a bit of a layoff -- with their last game on Monday and their next one not until Friday night -- before taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers on a back-to-back, home-and-away set.
Kirilenko will be key to trying to contain Kevin Durant and Paul George, so rest will certainly do him some good.
