Bojan Bogdanovic scored 17 points, grabbed five rebounds and handed out two assists in 27 minutes Sunday as Croatia easily beat Latvia Sunday in the Croatian resort of Dubrovnik. It was their third "friendly" win in the lead-up to Eurobasket 2013.  Latvia had one NBA-level player on the court, Spurs 6'10" Euro-Stash Davis Bertans.

The 6'8" Bogdanovic had a big shooting night, hitting 5-of-7 from two-point range and 1-of-3 from deep. He's averaging better than 15 points a game in seven games. Croatia is 3-4. Like Mirza Teletovic, Bogdanovic won't play again until Friday.

There's still no word on whether Bogdanovic will sign an extension with Fenerbahce. There have been reports that if he does, the buyouts will be smaller than those in his last contract, which prevented him from joining the Nets ... and opened things up for the Nets to sign Andrei Kirilenko and Alan Anderson.  In an interview earlier this month, he said he was sorry he couldn't come over but also expressed "a desire to stay at least another year or two" under Fener's new coach Zeljko Obradovic.
