Nets blown out by the Utah Jazz, 98-69, fall to 0-3 in Summer League

It wasn't pretty, as the Brooklyn Nets lost their third game of the Orlando Summer League in a blowout loss to the Utah Jazz, 98-69. Brooklyn shot 44.1 percent from the floor

Really, can't point to many -- if any -- positives in this one. The Nets were completely overmatched by Utah's size, strength and, more importantly, athleticism.

The Nets were down 51-29 at halftime, as they shot just 37 percent from the floor and turned the ball over 12 times in the first half.

Chris Wright played well, considering. He scored 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting in 26 minutes for the Nets, while Tornike Shengelia "led" the team with 5 rebounds. Tyshawn Taylor had 10 points, 6 turnovers and 2 assists.

Utah out-rebounded the Nets 39-22, and if you're keeping score at home, the Jazz won all four quarters -- meaning, the Nets didn't get any extra "points" for winning a quarter (via, score).

Brooklyn also fouled the Jazz 34 times, to Utah's 14 personal fouls. Not sure what else I can tell you, other than the lights went out in the final seconds of the game and that Jason Kidd is not expected to coach the team in tomorrow's game.
