For anyone who's been to Barclays Center, one of the most impressive aspects of the experience has nothing to do with the architecture, the food or the wireless access. It's about the staff. If there's a better staff in the NBA, good for that team, but it would be hard to beat the (mostly) kids who deliver quality service every night.
