Reggie Evans always had a love-hate relationship with fans. Those who he played for loved him. Those who he played against hated him. Evans has become something he'd never become in Seattle, Denver, Philadelphia, Toronto or even LA. Reggie is cool!

How big was the win over the Pacers Friday night? We present, with a hat tip to the Nets PR staff, the numbers ... and history. The Nets now have won four straight, including their last two over playoff teams. But it's bigger than that.

Nets Drop Pacers, Still Alive for 3rd Seed
The Nets were hoping to keep the 3rd seed alive, going into Indiana with the hopes of beating the Pacers. In the end, Brooklyn won, 117-109.

Wallace out, Bogans GTD for Pacers
Gerald Wallace is out with a heel contusion suffered in the Boston game and Keith Bogans, his back-up at SF, is a game time decision, increasing the likelihood that Jerry Stackhouse, who's played 37 minutes the last two games, will see more action.

Joseph signed for rest of year
Kris Joseph has been signed for the rest of the season, presumably at the veterans minimum. The 6'7" Canadian swingman is now eligible for the playoffs. The Nets also control his NBA non-Bird rights which would permit them to keep him next year.

On road to #50, a pothole the size of Indiana
If the Nets want to reach the 50-win milestone, Friday may be the key game. Brooklyn's best, who need to go 4-0 to reach 50, are in Indianapolis for their final regular season game against a team with a winning record.
