Savas Birdal, editor of Euro-Step, reports that Bojan Bogdanovic will be out 10 days and miss two or three days with a mild strain of his achilles tendon. Originally, it was reported that he had strained his knee in a Turkish Basketball League game Sunday vs. Tofas. Now comes word that it's his achilles.
Bogdanovic, the Nets second round pick in 2011, leads the Euroleague Top 16 in scoring and player efficiency. He is shooting a combined 50/40/80 in the two leagues, meaning 50 percent overall, 40 percent from three and 80 percent from the line. His team, Fenerbahce, is in first place in Turkey but has been the biggest disappointment in the continent-wide Euroleague.
