Bojan Bogdanovic showing his (trade) value in 2013

NetsDaily/Savas Birdal

How valuable would Bojan Bogdanovic be if the Nets decided to trade the 23-year-old? We asked a league source a month ago. He responded that the Nets believed the 6'8" swingman is a "lottery equivalent." Since then, Bogdanovic has taken off.

Bogdanovic continued his hot play Sunday, scoring 25 points in a Turkish League game as Fenerbahce beat TED Ankara to stay atop the TBL. Although Fener's Euroleague ambitions seem to be dead, they continue to do well in Turkey.

In 30 minutes, Bogdanovic shot 3-of-4 from two-point range, 5-of-8 from three and 4-of-4 from the stripe. Overall, in Euroleague and Turkish League action in 2013, Bogdanovic is averaging 21.4 points in nine games, shooting 52.2 percent (57-of-109) overall; 41.3 percent (19-of-43) from three; and 86.0 percent (49-of-57). In Euroleague action, he's averaging 50/40/90 exactly since January 1. How valuable is he if the Nets were to trade him. The front office seems the 23-year-old as "lottery-equivalent," as one insider put it.

Ilkan Karaman, Bogdanovic's teammate and fellow Euro-Net, had his best game in the last two weeks. The 6'10" C-PF finished with 11 points, on 5-of-6 shooting. He had two rebounds and a three-pointer.
