Teams are shying away from the 2013 NBA Draft, which is viewed as one of the worst in recent years.
Pierce, 35, is being paid more than $15 million this year and is averaging 18.4 points and 6.3 rebounds but shooting only 41.3 percent overall, down from his career number of 46.0. He has a $4 million buyout next year.
