Former Brooklyn Nets head coach Avery Johnson was on ESPN earlier today to answer a few Nets-related questions. Rod Boone of Newsday had the complete rundown.

Avery said he thinks he'll have some opportunities to get back into coaching next season. Said he'll talk things over with his agent.

Avery is also having the basketball court as his alma mater, Southern University, named after him, according to Boone.
You can expect to hear Johnson's name tossed around in coaching rumors over the next year or two, or at the very least seem him enter the world of broadcasting.
