Howard Beck, quoting a "plugged-in source," reports the Nets are not trading the rights to Bojan Bogdanovic in any deal for Kyle Lowry. Nor, reports Beck, are the Nets interested in sendign a first round pick to Toronto. Earlier Friday, Adrian Wojnarowski said the Nets were offering Mirza Teletovic, the rights to Bogdanovic and Tyshawn Taylor for Lowrry.
Beck speculated that the Nets reluctance to deal Bogdanovic or a pick, even in 2020, makes the likelihood that the Nets will wind up with Lowry "hard to see"
Per plugged-in source: Nets have indicated "zero intention" to give up Bogdanovic or 1st-rd pick in any deal for Lowry.

That being the case, it's hard to see Nets getting Lowry. Raptors insisting on young player and 1st-rd pick.

I'm not surprised at Nets' reluctance. They love Bogdanovic. And they've already given up a boatload of 1st-rd picks.

The Raptors are talking to a number of teams including the Knicks, Warriors and Nets. Toronto reportedly wants a first round pick and/or a good young player. Echoing Beck, Peter Vecsey said neither the Nets nor Knicks are likely to deal picks for Lowry.
Like Lowry lot but NY & BK would b foolish 2 part w another No. 1, regardless how far in future. Masai praying Dolan takes over negotiation

clarification: Giving up picks, first or second rounders, is not even a remote consideration in BK negotiations 4 Lowry. Go 2 sleep on that!

Now, is that BK "Brooklyn" or "Billy King?" Not that it matters, but Vecsey is known to be close to King, broke a couple of big stories during the off-season.
