MarShon Brooks heads to Moscow next week for Basketball Without Borders, the first ever in Russia. He admits being excited about the trip and a possible meeting with the boss, but he's also excited about what awaits him on return, the first gathering of the new Nets ... and Barclays Center.

"We finally get to see our team together as a unit," Brooks said, anticipating the informal workouts. "There’s a lot of guys that I haven’t had a chance to meet yet, so I’m looking forward to that, and other than that just competing."

The second year player said he’s also very excited to see the inside of Barclays Center once its finished. "I know it’s gonna be beautiful," he said. "Just driving by it looking at the outside of it gives me chills."
