The Nets announced, via Twitter, that individual game tickets will go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m., September 24. That same night, season ticket holders will get their first view of the arena at a reception.
After tweeting out the day early Monday, the message was deleted. Sent from the BrooklynNets account, it read, "Individual game tix: 14 days. First preseason game: 33 days. Opening night @BarclaysCenter: 52 days." The tweet was accompanied by the image above.
Then Monday evening, the Nets put out a press release announcing "Individual home game tickets for the Brooklyn Nets inaugural season at Barclays Center go on sale to the general public on Monday, September 24 at 10 a.m. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster by visiting www.brooklynnets.com, www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-4NBA-TIX."
