Eduardo Najera, whose first go round with the Nets was less than memorable, may be returning, Marc. J. Spears tweets. The 6'9" forward, now 36, is "fully recovered from fractured forehead frontal bone & is back playing. HOU, MIN, BK interested, source tells Y!"
The Nets signed Najera to a four-year, $12 million contract four years ago, then traded him to the Mavericks for Kris Humphries and Shawne Williams a year and a half later. Because of injuries, he played only 40 games for the Nets and averaged a little more than three points a game.
However, Peter Vecsey reports, "Yahoo claims Najera ia considering BK, Houston & Minny. I'm told he's retiring 2 B D-L assistant."
