The $7 million Daktronics scoreboard, equipped with all the bells and whistles LED technology can provide, is being hoisted to the rafters at Barclays Center after being assembled on the arena floor.
The high-def, 70,000-pound scoreboard — one of the largest in the nation — has 3,550 square feet of LED video display and an internal television camera to capture the action below, the Daily News reports. Images from inside Barclays show another milestone is about to be met: it appears most, if not, all seating is in place.
