Deron Williams told Frank Isola of the Daily News that he wasn't much surprised by Dwight Howard trade and seemed resigned to how it turned out after months of trying by the Nets front office.
"Mentally, I wasn't in the Dwight sweepstakes anymore. It got kinda old," Isola quoted D-Will as saying. "Billy (King) did everything he could to try and get a deal done. They just didn't want to deal him to us."
