Kiki Vandeweghe's expertise has always been in prepping rosters for massive rebuilding (not coaching and not talent development). He has been involved in three rebuilding efforts, with the Clippers, Nuggests and Nets. So FOX Sports asked him to analyze what Rob Hennigan should do with Dwight Howard. It's all about patience.

"Ultimately this is what Orlando wants to accomplish: completely clearing its books of all large contracts that would hinder any rebuilding effort," writes Vandeweghe. "In addition to clearing your books, any rebuilding team wants to accumulate draft choices and good young players on rookie contracts.". But to get there won't be easy, Vandweghe argues. You'll need patience and discipline.
