You know all those "Hello Brooklyn" ads you've seen around the city? Big deal, right? Well, it turns out they were the first wave of ads. The real campaign starts Monday.
The Daily News reports this seven-figure campaign will feature ads using individual Nets ... with personalized content: "Each reveals something personal: Joe Johnson says he’s a lifelong Razorback, Brook Lopez is a huge Batman fan, Deron Williams is a father of four and Gerald Wallace is an offseason fisherman."
And they will be everywhere. billboards will be stationed at the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, by the Manhattan Bridge, at Atlantic Avenue and Eastern Parkway, on Kings Highway and Utica Avenue, at 86th St. and Fourth Avenue and on Surf Avenue in Coney Island. Then, in August, around the time the 2012-13 schedule is released, they'll be on the subway.
