Today, we take a look at the Nets chances of keeping their other first round pick, the one dependent on the Rocket's success rather than a pinball failure. Houston owes the Nets their first round pick as long as the Rockets make the playoffs. Increasingly it looks like they will.

As Tim Bontemps reports, the Rockets are moving up and with Kyle Lowry returning from a bacterial infection, their chances look better. In fact, John Hollinger in his Daily Playoff Odds puts them at 89.5%. Right now, the Nets would choose at #19. As for the other pick, the Nets are now in seventh place in the lottery, giving them a 15% at the top three picks, and 4.3% shot at Anthony Davis.
