In a short feature for NBA TV's "Action" series, Gerald Green talks about getting back to the NBA after failing on his first chance and spending three years in Russia, China and the D-League. For him, there was one moment that made him realize that his second chance would succeed.
It was after the alley-oop from MarShon Brooks during the Rockets game a month ago. "Me doing that dunk, it felt like, 'Man, I'm back." Green talks about what a "blessing" his time with the Nets has been and how much the D-League helped him convince people that he was mature enough and poised enough to return.
