Wallace and Humphries to Sit Final Game

The Nets said Thursday morning that, in addition to the other five guys who haven't been playing, Gerald Wallace and Kris Humphries will sit out the season finale in Toronto.

Starting for the Nets in a game that will help determine how many ping pong balls each team gets in next month's lottery: Sundiata Gaines, MarShon Brooks, DeShawn Stevenson, Gerald Green and Jordan Williams. Also available are Armon Johnson, Anthony Morrow and Johan Petro.

Thus, the Nets will have only eight players available, the minimum permitted under league rules. The loss of Wallace and Humphries brings the number of games lost to injury, illness and personal reasons to 255 or nearly four a game.
