Brooklyn Booze Compromise?

It just never seems to end,the Brooklyn protests. Now, with the local community boards giving preliminary approval to a liquor license for Barclays Center, the locals want restrictions on how the booze, particularly beer, is dispensed: 12 oz rather than 16 oz. cups, served no more than two at a time; and none sold after 9:30 p.m.

The locals, many of whom fought the arena itself, think they have found a reasonable compromise, but thus far, the people who will be running the concessions have yet to concede.
